Our mission is to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.Job Description:We are seeking experienced and compassionate Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in working with children or adults with disabilities and a passion for making a positive impact in their lives.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student development.
- Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
- Support students with personal care needs, if required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or adults with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working in SEN education.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential).
