If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our specialist unit in a vibrant primary school in Rugby.About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to work within our specialist unit, focusing on supporting children with communication and interaction needs. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with communication and interaction difficulties.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech and language therapists, to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence and independence.
• Engage with parents and carers to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's development.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN teaching.
• Strong understanding of communication and interaction challenges, including autism spectrum conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
