If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our specialist unit in a vibrant primary school in Rugby.About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to work within our specialist unit, focusing on supporting children with communication and interaction needs. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with communication and interaction difficulties.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech and language therapists, to develop and implement effective strategies.
