Days 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230 Mon - Fri

£13.43 p/hour + £2.04 shift allowance when on rotating shifts

We are looking for an experienced Universal Grinder who can set AND operate NC controlled Robbi Universal Grinders within a factory in Rugby.

This is a clean, modern site which is broken down into cell environments so small teams.

Your job will be to set and operate 3 Robbi machines used to produce products for the defence, aerospace and automotive sector.

There will be drawings to read, work orders to follow, tolerances to work against along with production targets.

The end material is ceramics which behaves very different to metal and there will be a learning curve to pick up.

This is a permanent job from day one, the company has a huge amount of work and regular overtime is available.

What experience is needed to secure an interview?

• Experience setting and operate grinding machinery (ideally universal grinders).
• Being located close to the Rugby area.
• Someone who has shown longevity and commitment to an employer.
• Someone with a strong work ethic and a person who takes absolute pride in doing a job well.
• The ability to read engineering drawings.
