Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range to effectively answer customer queries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a pleasant checkout experience.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a positive team environment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
