The Firm and Team 

Our client is a reputable and long-standing firm in the Staffordshire area. The firm has a very successful residential property department; it is quality over quantity with many high-net-worth matters. In Rugeley, the team is comprised of the head of the team, two other qualified solicitors and support staff. This role fits between the solicitors and the support staff as a Residential Property Paralegal. 

The Role

As a Residential Property Paralegal in this team, you will support the head of the team on high-net-worth matters, along with being responsible for handling a small caseload of simple sale files and touching upon some purchase files under supervision. 

About You

To be considered you must have:

  • At least two years’ experience in residential property as a paralegal
  • The ability to manage a small simple caseload 
  • The ability to talk to clients in a confident manner and deal with difficult conversations
  • A passion for this area of law
