Our long-established client who is continuing to grow and develop their business are now looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator who can train and develop their skills and experience in all aspects of Internal Sales, Customer Services & Marketing.
Duties will include;
- Assist with marketing duties to include Social Media and Website based Sales platforms
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies
- Taking a lead in the photography of items and content creation
- Dealing with customers enquiries that have been received through the website, email and by telephone
- Advising customers on stock and delivery times
- Inputting client data onto the in-house system
- Producing and sending out quotes to customers
- Ensuring all quotes sent have been re-followed up
- Requesting samples for customers and ensuring correct despatched – liaising and following up with customer to convert to orders
- Processing customers’ orders and inputting all requirements onto the system
- Liaising with transport and manufacturing to ensure that orders have been received and followed up for scheduling
- Updating customers as regards to their orders
- Raising sales invoices ready for accounts
Suitable candidates will have previous customer service experience and really have a desire to develop into a direct sales & marketing role.
Excellent communication & organisation skills and the ability to build relationships with customers is essential.
