Reception/Administrator, London SW9
Immediate start - £13.15ph - 9am-6pm.
Innovative residential apartments are in need of a fantastic Temporary Reception/Administrator to provide a first-class service to the residents.
This is a fresh and exciting company to work for where customer service and community building is the focus!
Duties:
- First point of contact for the residents
- Parcel Management: to be responsible for all deliveries to main reception, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail
- Handling general enquiries such as queries, complaints and maintenance requests
- Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct apartment inventories
- Administration: updating the database, referencing tenants, invoicing
Requirements:
- Previous Front Desk/Reception/Concierge experience
- Administraton skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Professional, enthusiastic, hardworking
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
