    Role Overview: As a Graduate Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team by managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires a candidate who is client-centric, analytical, and highly organised. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and scheduling project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting client communication, responding to queries, and managing expectations
  • Conducting research and analysis to support project decisions
  • Managing and updating CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Assisting with prize procurement, preparation, and dispatch
  • Maintaining meticulous records and providing regular project updates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and solving project issues proactively
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Recent graduate with a minimum of six months of administrative or project support experience
  • Strong client servicing skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous learning
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients effectively
