Our client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to become an integral part of their sales support team. This role is designed to provide full operational and administrative support to the National and Sales account managers, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Complete customer data sheets for online activities.
  • Prepare quotations and generate various reports for the sales team.
  • Manage customer status reports and sample requests.
  • Prepare image banks for customer use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/MS Office.
  • Experience in a sales office or customer service role, preferably within the import/export and distribution sector.
  • Experience in supporting account managers or a field sales team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are advantageous.
