They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong IT background to join their fast-paced team. You'll be providing hands-on support for a wide range of technical solutions, resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth product implementation.

THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER ROLE:

  • Provide customer support over the phone and via ticketing systems (Jira).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, databases, and remote access tools.
  • Assist in application installations and offer user training.
  • Work with autonomy and maintain high-quality service levels.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • IT qualification/degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in second-line technical support.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
