- Typing letters, property details, and stencils from our in-house estate agency software, including uploading images.
- Ensuring compliance by maintaining accurate property files with correct documentation in line with money laundering regulations.
- Meeting and greeting clients and contractors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Managing office supplies and ordering stationery, maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Supporting the team by uploading property details to portals and managing various administrative requests.
- Answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling client queries efficiently.
- Ensuring office expenditure remains within budgeted levels.
- Offering support to the team during busy periods and adapting to varying business needs.
- Previous experience in estate agency administration, preferably with knowledge of residential property sales progression.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
