We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading company in the luxury interior design, fit out and construction industry. With over 25 years of experience, our client has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional luxury interiors and complete turnkey operations for prime residential, retail, and commercial environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with notable corporate clients and discerning private individuals. Our client also acts as a main contractor, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the commercial aspects of high-end residential, luxury retail, hotel, and hospitality projects
• Conducting cost control and financial management
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Evaluating and negotiating contracts
• Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
