Description
- Handling of all accounts payable transactions
- Ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and processed
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting in month-end closing processes
- Cooperating with the wider finance team on ad-hoc tasks
- Supporting the creation and implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial data
- Contributing to the overall success of the Accounting & Finance department
Profile
A successful Senior AP should have:
- A solid understanding of accounts payable processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
