Position Overview:

We are seeking two highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager’s to join my client’s dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate’s will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in mobile, connectivity, and VoIP solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within the telecommunications industry.

Package

Basic Salary: £30,000 plus uncapped commission

Car allowance: £4,800 per annum

Holiday allowance: 23 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within the mobile, connectivity, and VoIP markets. Develop and execute strategies to capture market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations. Conduct needs assessments to propose tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation. Monitor and adjust strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders, including vendors, channel partners, and industry associations. Leverage these relationships to enhance market penetration and drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our mobile, connectivity, and VoIP products and services. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share. Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on mobile, connectivity, and VoIP solutions.
