An established Japanese stationary manufacturer in Runcorn is looking for an energetic, experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales activities,
building and maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and achieving
sales targets.
Travels around the UK will be required, as well as trips to Europe several times a year. A driving license and 5+ years’ experience in a relevant B2B Sales position is a must.

National Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Strong account management skills, overseeing a full portfolio of high-profile blue-chip accounts
- Negotiations and communication, dealing with a variety of channels
- Developing accounts together while building solid professional relationships
- Understand the economics of promotions, Marketing, and social media to develop the business
- P&L and forecasting, achievement of pre-agreed sales targets
- Implementing joint marketing activities to generate further business
- Category Management
- Defending and growing existing sales, distributions, and profitability
- Provide activity reports for regular discussions
- Liaise with colleagues ensuring information is communicated clearly and punctually whilst having the ability to work autonomously
- Undertake such duties to provide the flexible commitment necessary to ensure the continued smooth running of the National Account base
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and foster connections within the sector
Account Manager Ideal Candidate:
- At least 5 years B2B sales experience in a similar industry, within the UK or Europe
- Valid UK driving license
- Previous experience dealing with high-profile blue-chip accounts
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
