Role Highlights:
As a Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's financial processes run smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Facilities Management and Accounts teams to secure timely payments.
- Proactively managing outstanding payments via calls, emails, and written communication.
- Resolving invoice queries by liaising with clients and internal teams—requiring top-notch communication skills.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and monitoring debtor balances.
- Assisting the finance team with administrative duties like processing invoices, managing forms, and issuing quotations/invoices.
- Keeping ledgers up to date and ensuring record accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A proven background in credit control, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Sage software is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a knack for analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of debt recovery processes and outbound calling is highly beneficial.
