Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

KPI Recruiting is excited to partner with a well-established facilities management company in the North West to recruit a Credit Controller. This is an ideal role for a motivated and experienced professional seeking a friendly, supportive work environment with great career development opportunities.

Role Highlights:

As a Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's financial processes run smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Facilities Management and Accounts teams to secure timely payments.
  • Proactively managing outstanding payments via calls, emails, and written communication.
  • Resolving invoice queries by liaising with clients and internal teams—requiring top-notch communication skills.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and monitoring debtor balances.
  • Assisting the finance team with administrative duties like processing invoices, managing forms, and issuing quotations/invoices.
  • Keeping ledgers up to date and ensuring record accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A proven background in credit control, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Sage software is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a knack for analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of debt recovery processes and outbound calling is highly beneficial.
