Description
- Maintain the debt ledger across one or more operating entities
- Ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
- Process customer payments accurately
- Proactively resolve price mismatches, quantity disputes, and promotional invoice queries
- Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve any queries
- Collaborate with the sales team on overdue accounts
- Raise credit notes with authorisation and maintain detailed account notes for reporting
- Provide cover for colleagues as needed
- Assist the management team with ad hoc requests
Profile
- At least 1 years credit control experience or finance experience
- Previous FMCG experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with team members and senior stakeholders
- Adaptable and flexible to meet with demands
