Description

  • Maintain the debt ledger across one or more operating entities
  • Ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
  • Process customer payments accurately
  • Proactively resolve price mismatches, quantity disputes, and promotional invoice queries
  • Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve any queries
  • Collaborate with the sales team on overdue accounts
  • Raise credit notes with authorisation and maintain detailed account notes for reporting
  • Provide cover for colleagues as needed
  • Assist the management team with ad hoc requests

Profile

  • At least 1 years credit control experience or finance experience
  • Previous FMCG experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and senior stakeholders
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet with demands
