Accounts Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Team Leader to join our client based at their head offices in Runcorn.

The duties of the Accounts Team Leader will include:

  • Overseeing a busy Accounts Team, dealing with:
  • Sales Ledger (Multicurrency)
  • Invoicing - Online Webstore, Warehouse Shipments and Subscriptions, to include European VAT and periodic exchange rates.
  • Credit Notes.
  • Purchase Ledger (Multicurrency)
  • Processing company credit card and personal expenses.
  • Processing purchase orders and purchasing.
  • Credit Control and daily banking.
  • Ensuring all email and telephone queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Purchasing flights and hotels for employee company travel
  • Maintaining company flight register

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Must be confident with Excel
  • Previous experience of working within an Accounts/Finance Department, and leading a team is necessary
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

The company offers an excellent environment in which to develop. The role will be based in our offices in Warrington from 8am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
