Description
- This role is a standalone position, over seeing AR and AP for a £3.5million turn over business
- Oversee financial operations within the industrial/manufacturing department.
- Confirming supplier payments
- Matching invoices
- Amending bank charges in multi currencies
- Monthly reconciliations
- Present financial reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Engage in cost and productivity analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulators.
- Work alongside the FC and provide support with VAT and month end
Profile
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- AAT qualifications
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SAP experience desirable not essential
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within AP / AR
