FP&A Manager

Accountable Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing UK-based organisation in Warrington, seeking an experienced, immediately available, FP&A Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Salary/Benefits: - £65,000 per annum - Hybrid working model (Warrington-based with flexibility to work remotely 4 days a week) - 6-month contract (Temp to Perm) Job Duties:- Lead and coordinate budget and forecast processes, providing guidance to the Commercial Finance Team. - Consolidate budgets and forecasts, including preparation of presentations and system uploads. - Deliver comprehensive financial reports and executive presentations with insightful commentary. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting. - Oversee the month-end process and manage group consolidations for various reporting purposes. - Develop payroll reports and forecasting tools. - Build complex financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning. - Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Ideal Experience: - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with minimum 3 years PQE - Proven success in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced environment. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling and automation. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Jet Reporting and macros (desirable). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail. - Knowledge of consolidations, balance sheets, and cash flows.
