Salesforce Platform LeadThis dynamic, global healthcare organisation is in the process of implementing Salesforce and requires a strong Salesforce Platform Lead to come in and lead a team of Developers, Administrators and Analysts to design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs.You will be collaborating with various Stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience and measurable results.To be considered, you will have/be:

Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team
Experience with integration platforms and developing a system in line with validation regulations
Ability to build strong relationships and understand the business needs
Hands-on experience is beneficial with an understanding of integrations
Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisation is beneficial
