SHEQ Manager - up to 55,000 - Runcorn site.

We are working with a leading global manufacturer of a wide range of chemicals that are used as raw materials in almost every industrial process. They are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their Runcorn site.

Responsibilities:

  • To review and continuously improve SHE & local Security management processes to meet annual SHE targets.
  • Manage and develop the Quality & Environmental Management Systems.
  • Ensure the Internal and External audit requirements of the site are met.
  • Lead the management processes for all training to ensure SHE standards are met.
  • Develop and lead a sustainable manufacturing improvement process to identify & deliver improvements in SHE, Quality, Reliability, Output and Costs.

Experience:

  • Occupational SHE professional with proven experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
  • Recognised SHE qualification preferred.
  • Knowledge & experience of the ISO standards & BSI processes.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing excellence techniques (e.g., Lean 6-Sigma etc)
  • Understanding of process and shift operations
