Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Officer to join our team at our North West UK operations.

We thrive on innovation, collaboration, and excellence. As part of our HR team, you will play a vital role in providing expert HR guidance and support to our diverse workforce across multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies.

As an HR Officer, you will be the first point of contact for line managers and employees across our manufacturing areas, providing expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and industrial relations. You will also play a key role in recruitment, performance management, absence control, and HR process improvements.

• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and line managers across various business entities.

• Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies.

• Manage and coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Support managers with employee relations matters, including absence management, counselling, and performance management.

• Deliver HR inductions for new employees and training for line managers.

• Maintain and improve key HR processes such as recruitment, sickness absence control, and policy compliance.

• Collaborate with HR Managers and Occupational Health teams to facilitate efficient return-to-work processes.

• HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting..

• Experience using HR databases and IT systems, with a good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
