About the Role:
Total Staff, recruiting on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic ASU Team Leader to join the Aseptic Services Unit at their Runcorn site. You will be leading a dedicated compounding team, driving excellence in product quality while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the ASU team, ensuring high standards in daily operations and product delivery.
  • Develop the compounding centre internally, building strong relationships to support the company's position as a leading provider.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and staff engagement to ensure top performance.
  • Analyze and share performance data, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support the strategic growth of the unit by participating in company development initiatives.
  • Set operational objectives to ensure timely and quality output, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain high compliance with quality assurance, safety standards, and corporate policies.
  • Attend management meetings, contributing proactively to the business strategy and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree, Diploma, or HNC qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Aseptic, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sectors
  • Proven management experience and relevant qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and the ability to drive process changes
