- Opening new files and sending client care documentation
- Drafting documents, audio typing, and preparing correspondence
- Handling pre-exchange searches and Land Registry requests
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments for Fee Earners
- Maintaining accurate records, preparing invoices, and completing administrative tasks
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in IT and typing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
