Legal Assistant – Commercial Property DepartmentLocation: RuncornSalary: Competitive The OpportunityMy client is seeking a proactive Legal Assistant to join their expanding Commercial Property team in Sutton Weaver. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, where you’ll assist on a wide range of Commercial Property matters. Key tasks include commissioning pre-exchange searches, obtaining legal indemnities, preparing correspondence, and liaising with clients. Main Responsibilities
  • Opening new files and sending client care documentation
  • Drafting documents, audio typing, and preparing correspondence
  • Handling pre-exchange searches and Land Registry requests
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments for Fee Earners
  • Maintaining accurate records, preparing invoices, and completing administrative tasks
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT and typing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
