Description

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency and safety.
Implement operational strategies to meet production targets.
Manage and lead a team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.
Maintain high standards of product quality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other managers to optimise production processes.
Monitor and manage machinery maintenance schedules.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.

Profile

A successful Shift Manager should have:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in managing manufacturing operations and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
