As we continue on our journey of rapid expansion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our extremely busy Store Development team, as Store Development Admin Assistant. Based full time at our Distribution Centre office in Runcorn WA7 1SE, this is a permanent position.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the role for you! To be successful, you’ll bring your retail experience, confidence, practical mindset, and a meticulous attention to detail.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Bringing store plans to life by calculating and ordering essential equipment, such as shelving and checkouts, for both new and existing stores!
  • Issuing purchase orders and manage invoices through the Oracle finance system.
  • Communicating and building relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, store teams, and store management.
  • Be a key player in a variety of dynamic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The skills and experience required are:

  • Experience in retail - you’ll be familiar with using various types of store equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, you’ll have the ability to co-ordinate and manage your workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • A flexible approach and a 'can do’ attitude - able to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Experience with the Oracle system is a bonus, but not a must as we can provide the relevant training.
