Salary: £55,000
Shift: Monday - Friday Days

Job Description:
Madisons Engineering are working with a leading national processing plant who are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager, this is the PERFECT ROLE for a senior engineer or a maintenance team leader looking to step up into a more managerial role. The Engineering Mangager will play a major role in the planning of projects and organising the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in CAPEX project. This is a great opportunity to join as a Engineering Manager as the company have big plans for the future.
The Engineering manager will also benefit from working with a forward thinking business who invest heavily into training and development of there staff.
Skills required for the Engineering Manager:
- Control and manage maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimise risk of downtime.
- Implement a planned maintenance system
- Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow up to identify corrective actions.
- Co-ordinate all activities associated with CAPEX applications and delivery of approved projects.
- Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the business.
- Plan, co-ordinate and manage all site engineering and maintenance activities, safely and within agreed budget
- Ensure that all engineers and suppliers are compliant with SHEQ expectations
- Engineering Manager must have an engineering qualification
