- Hours:Part-Time (20-25 hours per week, negotiable for the successful applicant)
- Salary:Up to £13 per hour
- Location:Office-based in the NN10 area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in the Manufacturing or Engineering industry
- Good excel skills
- Booking hotels and arranging other travel logistics
- Creating formal estimates and quotations for submission to customer-based engineers
- Entering jobs onto the work calendar
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
- Tracking customer ordering profiles to monitor consumable orders
- Proactively reviewing the customer database and emailing customers to suggest machine servicing
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
