Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This customer-facing role is crucial for driving revenue growth through new business generation and managing existing customer relationships. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression within a fast-growing organisation, complete with comprehensive training and development.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Achieve sales targets by prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales engagements using various communication tools such as phone, email, Live Chat, and CRM systems.
  • Proactively contact allocated accounts to increase revenue, aligning with customer development plans.
  • Deliver outbound sales activities for new and lapsed customer initiatives, working closely with Business Development Managers.
  • Offer advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes, tailoring processes to meet individual client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM software, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, nurturing relationships to secure repeat and expansion business.
  • Build close relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer loyalty and increase market share.
  • Identify customer training requirements, generate quotes, and process bookings as necessary.
  • Promote new products and services to your account base and participate in company initiatives and customer development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in telesales within a business-to-business environment.
  • Familiarity with the construction and/or training/education sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office programs and CRM databases; training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of developing effective relationships at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Effective time management, organisation, and planning skills.
  • High level of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
