The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, and product development) to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor account performance, analyse key metrics, and provide reports on account status.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and negotiate terms when necessary.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager
  • Strong understanding of account management principles, customer service, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
