We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough who require a

CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £16.00 - £18.50 per hour (DOE) + Benefits.

Working Hours:

Monday -Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm

(40 hours a week)

33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an engineering environment. The right candidate will also have good CNC setting and operating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting and operating up to 5 axis machinery
  • Must be able to read and interpret technical information
  • The ability to modify and edit programes as and when required
  • Familiar with managing and operating Fanuc controls
  • Deburring components when required
  • Ability to use a range of precision measuring instruments
  • Quality checking components
  • Other general duties when required

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years experience within a similar environment
  • Must be PC literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
