This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Lifestyle market.

About The Role:

Days of Working: Thursday to SundayAs a Customer Service Representative you would be dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved. Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies.You will also:

  • Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date
  • Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records
  • Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship.
  • Meet targets in query resolution, call handling and quality

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience in administration
  • A pro-active approach to personal development and learning
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
