This role can offer hybrid working of 4 days office and 1 home per week

Description

Working as part of a busy HR team, the role of Employee Relations Advisor will take full responsibility for all employee relations casework across this large, successful business. This will include:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all employee relations matters
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues (Unionised environment)
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Coach and train line manager to deal with employee relations matters more effectively
  • Monitor and analyse employee relations trends within the business and proactively design interventions to address any issues

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will be confident at dealing with employee relations matters. Ideally you will have worked in a unionised environment.
