Scheduler - Requirements

  • Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role, preferably in engineer or delivery scheduling space.
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Great customer service and stakeholder management skills

Scheduler - Responsibilities

  • Schedule engineer service attendance in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare monthly maintenance jobs for processing.
  • Setting up new maintenance jobs and contracts for new sites
  • Data Entry on CRM system
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Produce and execute weekly reporting
  • Preparing RAMS & Permits where required for site access
  • Monitor and update customer Portals to ensure real time visibility, Sending out completion documentation to customers
  • Raising invoices for completed scheduled maintenance and remedial works
  • Reviewing stock for engineers on jobs
