About the Role: Wills Consultants are looking for a SHEQ Manager for an industry leader within the recycling sector. Our client offers an array of benefits to include:

As a SHEQ Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing the SHEQ strategy for the Wellingborough site
- Completing inspections and internal audits on a regular basis
- Investigating all accidents and incidents onsite
- Facilitating all forms of risk assessments and conducting occupational health surveys
- Preparing monthly reports and continuously promoting health and safety ethos at all levels of the company
Requirements: As a SHEQ Manager you will need:
- NEBOSH or ISOH certificate ideally
- Experience in the product of RAMS and COSSH assessments
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or recycling background
- To be able to be influential and work collaboratively with the team
- Good communication and written skills
