Description

The role of HR Manager, will oversee a small HR team and report to an MD, you will support the SLT and take full responsibility for all operational and strategic HR matters to support with the further growth of the organisation.

This is a highly commercial role, and will be pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Partner with executive leaders and SLT to deliver people strategies that align with business objective
  • Lead recruitment to attract top talent
  • Manage HR platforms and embed new technologies
  • Take a proactive approach to employee engagement
  • Alongside the L&D partner, develop leadership and management programs
  • Drive the CSR initiatives
  • Support with change management projects
  • Work alongside the Finance Director to ensure competitive benefits package
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee experience
  • Lead, motivate and develop the HR team

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar position.

You will be proactive and commercially astute with the ability to partner and coach a wide range of stakeholders

Ideally you will have a HR background within manufacturing (or similar) sector
