Group HR Manager

SF Recruitment is collaborating exclusively with our client, a market leader in their sector with approximately 600 employees, to recruit a Group HR Manager. You will oversee all operational and strategic HR functions and will play a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with business goals, whilst promoting a positive & collaborative culture and leading a team of 3 made up of HR generalists and L&D. You will continue implementing some current projects but also focus on new ones such as implementing a new HRIS.

We are seeking a true leader who thrives on fostering collaboration in all aspects of their work. Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills are key to success in this role. Proven experience in a similar capacity is essential, along with CIPD qualification. A background in blue-collar HR is highly desirable.

Key Duties:
- Partner with the leadership team to deliver people strategies in line with overall business objectives
- Lead recruitment & collaborate with line managers on how to attract top talent
- Develop and implement leadership programs and career frameworks
- Oversee compensation, recognition, and reward
- Drive CSR, sustainability, and well-being programs
- Support employee transitions and ensure compliance with policies
- Manage the HR team to be able to deliver an outstanding HR service
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and handle employee relations
