We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our warehouse located in Park Farm, Wellingborough. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stock management operations.As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for daily stock counting, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all stock movements are properly documented. Attention to detail is key, as you will need to identify discrepancies.Shift pattern:4 days on - 4 days off12:00-22:00Paid breakFull training will be provided on both AM and PM shifts, as duties are divided between the team members, so we are looking for someone who is flexible.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily stock counts and solve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
  • Process cancelled and returned orders from customers.
  • Utilise computers and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to input and track stock data.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competence in using computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Ability to learn and adjust to new systems and processes.
