Join our client who is leading supply chain solutions as a Inventory stock controller You will be working Monday to Friday on an on going basis within the Bedford area.
Duties as a Inventory Stock Controller:
- Help managing the inventory, processing inventory orders, logging items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory. Checkingthat stock levels are consistent and ordering new products if needed
- As part of this role you will be required to count, BBD check and condition check stock held in pick and bulk locations, ensure WMS is updated and investigate any discrepancies accordingly.
- Check discrepancies and liaise with other departments and depots, responding to all enquiries both internal and external in a timely manner.
- To complete spot checks on Picking activities
- To complete spot checks on Goods In activities
- Provide assistance with QC checks
- To manage and monitor replenishment process and effectiveness of pick-faces, making changes where necessary
- Conducting empty location checks
