Office Coordinator RushdenUp to £26,000 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, early finish on a Friday at 4PMOur client who has a reputation of over 25 years in the Medical Science Manufacturing industry is looking for a candidate who can provide administrative support to Technical Services Department to ensure a consistently high quality and accurate service is provided to our customers & engineers.Duties include:
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team 
  • Provide administrative support of the Technical Services - Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the department. Including:
    • Management of van repairs & MOT’s
    • Assisting Operations Manager with insurance claims
    • Management of the diary for pool vans on Outlook
    • New van preparation – racking, security, trackers, camera’s
    • Administration of Monthly Van checks emailed from engineers.
  • Management of Engineers Uniform & PPE
  • Coordinate the allocation and distribution of engineers tools ensuring they are available when and where required and fully traceable at all times.
  • Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work.
  • Assisting Operations with stock/tooling area.
  • Produce all installation kits, according to the specification provided by Project Managers / Lead Engineers and manage the return of equipment to the warehouse in order to assist with effective installations.
