Our client in Wellingborough is seeking an efficient Business Development Manager to join their small team.

Our client requires someone to work on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires someone who is open minded with a "can do" attitude that is willing to chip in and help the team.

Duties and responsibilities for the Property Manager role include:

  • Respond to and nurture incoming landlord leads in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Covert leads into new business opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate letting agreements with prospective tenants.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing landlords.
  • Ensure all lettings processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of interaction and transactions using company CRM system.

Skills and experience required for the Property Manager role:

  • Previous lettings experience ideal but not essential.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • First class customer service.
  • Good time keeping and diary management.
  • Good understanding of IT.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
