Our client in Wellingborough is seeking an efficient Business Development Manager to join their small team.
Our client requires someone to work on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires someone who is open minded with a "can do" attitude that is willing to chip in and help the team.
Duties and responsibilities for the Property Manager role include:
- Respond to and nurture incoming landlord leads in a professional and prompt manner.
- Covert leads into new business opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate letting agreements with prospective tenants.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing landlords.
- Ensure all lettings processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development plans.
- Maintain detailed records of interaction and transactions using company CRM system.
Skills and experience required for the Property Manager role:
- Previous lettings experience ideal but not essential.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- First class customer service.
- Good time keeping and diary management.
- Good understanding of IT.
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
