Our client, a well-established agency with multiple offices, is seeking a highly driven Perms Recruitment Consultant at a Senior level.
Successful candidates will build their desk in their chosen industry and have the opportunity to grow their own team.
The salary for a Senior Consultant is £27k with an OTE of £45k, while Lead Consultants earn £32k plus £55k OTE and Principal Consultants earn £35k plus £60k OTE with additional benefits.
Candidates must have a minimum of 360 permanent recruitment experience and a strong desire to succeed, along with a team-oriented attitude.
The role offers flexible working hours, the chance to work a 4-day week, and various incentives, including monetary rewards for exceeding billing targets.

We have a big opportunity for a highly driven Perms Recruitment Consultant to join our client at a Senior level. You will build your desk in your chosen industry, and then grow your own team around you.

You can be from any industry as long as you are a successful 360 perms consultant.

Salary & Packages:

Senior Consultant: £27k +£45k OTE

Lead Consultant: £32k + £55k OTE + £4k car allowance

Principal Consultant: £35k + £60k OTE + £4k car allowance

Requirements:

Personality and attitude to your work is everything here!
You do not have to be a top biller where you are, but you do need the desire to be successful
A real team player who wants to add value to the people around you.
A strong 360 permanent consultant.
