We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across a primary school based in Wellingborough.
The RoleAs a HLTA, you will:

Deliver lessons across the curriculum in the absence of the class teacher.

Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities under the direction of teaching staff.

Support individual and groups of pupils, including those with additional needs.

Contribute to raising standards of achievement and supporting pupil well-being.

Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enrich learning experiences.

HLTA status (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in supporting teaching and learning in a school setting.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
-
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to inclusion.

A passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
