If you are a compassionate and skilled educator looking for a rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!THE ROLEDepending on the role and school, duties may include:- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory impairments, and emotional and behavioural challenges.- Delivering tailored lessons and interventions that cater to individual learning needs.- Assisting with the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and working closely with SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.- Providing one-to-one and small group support to ensure pupil progress and well-being.- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:We welcome applications from candidates with any experience in SEN/SEND positions within UK schools.
