Assistant Accountant Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the major duties, tasks, and responsibilities that make up the job role ofAssistant Accountant, include the following:
Production of monthly Management Accounts
Experience of invoice discounting
Maintain cashbook reconciliation
Prepare for your end audit
Ideally part qualified
Weekly and monthly financial reports for the Directors and maintaining accurate financial records using Sage Line 50
Preparation, checking and submission of VAT returns
Experience of invoice discounting
Ensure timely payment of company liabilities
Manage staff credit cards
Have knowledge of Government Gateway platforms
Monday -Friday
8am -16.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
