Are you a Parts Advisor or from a Customer Service background, looking for an exciting work environment where you'll engage with local customers, within a thriving depot?
The company boast an impressive globally recognised fleet of construction machinery and have pioneered the market since their beginnings in 1958. With the release of new machinery and ever continuing growth, an opportunity arises for a Parts Advisor to join the team.
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with clients and customers on agricultural equipment, providing quotes, checking deliveries, managing stock and assisting depot staff. This is a busy depot and a customer facing role offering plenty of variety.This role would suit a Parts Advisor from any background looking for an exciting role offering plenty of training, career progression and overtime opportunities to significantly increase your earnings.
The Role:
- Dealing with queries as required
- Supporting the Service Department as needed
- Maintaining Stock as needed
- Monday to Friday, 39 hours with plenty of overtime available paid 1.5x - 2x rates
The Person:
- Experience in a parts department or similar
