This small boutique hotel has a contemporary bar and restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, seven days a week. The emphasis here is on the use of all the wonderful fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce that is available to them on the East Sussex coast.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and thoroughly enjoy creating modern British cuisine with international influences. The successful candidate will assist the Head and Sous Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen contributing to menu design, stock control and ordering.
