I have a lovely role working in partnership with a brand new client.

This is hybrid role 3 days office 2 days from home!

To support the smooth day to day running of the Housing Service by providing efficient and accurate business support.

To deal with preliminary customer requests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

To assist in maintaining the administration of the housing team’s systems and procedures and for checking and processing invoices

Assist the Housing Service in the administration of their caseload and workflow, liaising with customers, other departments and organisations as necessary.

To follow standard operating procedures in line with service and financial procedures and data protection and contribute to developing and improving business support procedures.

Assist with maintaining and collating simple data for routine data quality assessments and assisting with other statistical analysis and returns as required.

To take part in any educational training or team activities that are required for the service to run efficiently.

Proactively identify and raise opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, standard operating practices, with recommendations for action and continuous improvement.

To undertake any other duties which may reasonably be within the competence of the post holder.

Knowledge and experience of office systems including Word, Excel, email and searching for information on the internet.

Create emails and communicate effectively in an office environment.

Knowledge of using electronic diaries and appointment systems

Knowledge of basic finance systems and an ability to check invoices and monitor budgets

This is a temporary role for 3 months initially.
