We are looking for sales candidates to join a fun & vibrant company with a unique sales model and ongoing training, support & progression opportunities!

This is not your typical sales role! In this role you will be sourcing and negotiating 'experiences’ (as opposed to selling a 'product’), with the aim being to expand the companies portfolio in various locations and at various price points.

This includes:

  • Sourcing new, sometimes category-specific suppliers to be sold through retail and online channels according to given brief.
  • Conducting research on potential new suppliers.
  • Meeting set KPI’s and targets through outbound calls and ensuring margin requirements are achieved.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of the business model to ensure you are presenting an interesting and informative pitch.
  • Ensure that all contracts for suppliers are correct and completed to deadline.
  • Ensure new products / experiences are contracted at competitive rates to maximise profitability.
  • Negotiate to director level through telephone and email correspondence.
  • Ensure all admin is chased up and completed.
  • Manage, log and respond to business enquiries.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for new suppliers.
  • Looking after and maintaining a solid business pipeline.
  • Actively selling a range of gift experiences during key trading periods, working as part of a team of promotors using VR technology and visual display stands within stores and shopping centres.
  • Support the Corporate Team at key trading periods as Merchandising Champions across the network of retailers.

  • Ability to meet and exceed your individual targets.
  • Ability to build strong relations with business clients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Full Driving License is required.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (basic), with up to £30,000 OTE and opportunities to progress.
